Genetics, experiences in life, and environmental factors are only few of the many things that might have an impact on mental health. Problems with one’s mental health, such as anxiety, depression, and substance misuse, are all too frequent, but they are treatable if one has access to the necessary assistance and tools.
Counseling, psychotherapy, medication management, and several other supportive services are all part of mental health care.
