Can I use a pen and paper during the PTE test?

PTE is a completely computer-based test, candidates are not allowed to use pen and paper during the test. All your responses, which includes note-taking and writing, are done digitally using the computer provided during the test. It is important for the applicant to familiarize themself with the test format and practice more and more using the provided tools on the computer for tasks, i.e., note-taking and many more.
